A Manchester freight forwarder is required for acquisition on behalf of a growing UK SME.

Our client is looking to strengthen their North West operations with an acquisition of a cash generative air & ocean freight forwarding business with an established client network and experienced and qualified staff.

The ideal acquisition will provide;

• Based in the Greater Manchester area
• Revenue of between £500,000 - £10,000,000  
• Cash generative business with a net profit of greater than £150,000
• Core Air & Ocean freight offering
• Staff of between 5 – 50
• Owners who are committed to a handover period of 3 years.
